Industrial Plots Resale in Sector-29, 32 & 33 in Yamuna Expressway

Yamuna Expressway is emerging as a major industrial hub of India. With phenomenal growth and development in this area, it has become the major attraction for several big business houses and multinational firms. Yamuna Authority (YEIDA) has launched industrial plots in various sizes for multiple purposes
 
The industrial plots of 300 square meters are located in sector 32. Plots of 450 square meters are available in sectors 32 & 29. The plots of 500 square meters are located in sector 32. The industrial plots in the size of 595 square meters are located in sector 32. Plots in the size of 1000 square meters are available in sectors 29, 32, & 33 of Yamuna Expressway. The industrial plots in the size of 1800 square meters are located in sectors 29, 32 & 33. Plots in the size of 1952 square meters are available in sector 33 Yamuna Expressway. The plots in the size of 2000 square meters are located in sector-29 Yamuna Expressway. Yamuna Authority’s industrial plots in the size of 3000 & 4000 square meters are located in sectors 29 & 33. Yamuna Authority’s industrial plots of 5000 square meters are located in sectors 29 & 33 on Yamuna Expressway. Plots in the size of 5400 square meters are available in sector 33 and 6000 square meters of industrial plots are in sectors 32 & 33 on Yamuna Expressway. Yamuna Authority’s industrial plots in the size 8000 square meters, 9000 square meters, 10000 square meters & 20000 square meters are located in sector 29 of Yamuna Expressway. 10000 sq. mt. plots are also available in sector 33 Yamuna Expressway.
In the case of the company, the resale price of a 300 square meters plot is varying between 34500 to 38500 per square meter (approx.). If the industrial plot is in an individual’s name the rate is varying between Rs. 31500 to 36500 per square meter.
In the case of the company, the resale price is varying between 29500 to 30000 per square meter (approx.) If the industrial plot is in an individual’s name the rate is varying between Rs. 24500 to 25000 per square meter (approx.).
In the case of the company, the resale price of these industrial plots is varying between 29500 to 30000 per square meter (approx.) If the industrial plot is in an individual’s name the resale price is varying between Rs. 24500 to 25000 per square meter (approx.).
In the case of the company, the resale price of 3000 & 4000 square meters of industrial plots is between 19500 to 21500 per square meter (approx.) If the industrial plot is in an individual’s name the resale price is between Rs. 16500 to 21500 per square meter (approx.).
In the case of the company, the resale price of these industrial plots is varying between 18500 to 24500 per square meter (approx.) If the industrial plot is in an individual’s name the resale price is varying between Rs. 15500 to 20500 per square meter (approx.).
 
Industrial plots can be transferred if owned by the company by way of changing the directors. An individual can’t sell the plot immediately, he can sell it after starting the work.
Yamuna Expressway is one of the biggest hotspots at present and proving to be one of the best industrial plot investments in Delhi NCR. Yamuna Expressway has attractions due to world-class infrastructure and multiple developments along the Yamuna Expressway like tech zone, film City etc. In addition to Jewar Airport, and the Delhi Mumbai Industrial corridor, and monorail, connectivity will also be developed throughout this stretch.
